(4 oz., 16 oz.,  2 lbs.) ship USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground ONLY to the 48 contiguous United States ONLY – Please choose one of these shipping methods at checkout for any bottle sizes over 1 oz. (with or without other items in your cart). **1 oz. bottles can ship via air (First Class, Priority Mail, etc)**
